I have been extremely happy with the frames I have ordered. They were well made and looked exactly as I thought they would. I was notified when they were shipped and given tracking instructions.

I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.

My canvas arrived today and surpassed all expectations. The photo I sent you has become a work of art. The frame is beautiful and the overall look of the piece is absolutely breathtaking. The image that I sent you of my friend and his now deceased father had special meaning of course but will now become something so much more than a mere photograph. Such amazing print quality, framing quality, and truly unreal customer service. I was so grateful with their speedy replies to my (many) emails as I tried to get two pictures of different sizes properly cropped to print as a set. Above and beyond what I would have expected, especially since I had ordered using a Groupon. I would recommend to anyone looking for a way to jazz up a regular print or create a beautiful gift.
