Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the floating frame I ordered. It is beautifully made and the quality is outstanding. It was also received incredibly fast, especially considering it was \"custom\" sized to my exact specifications. And finally, I had an immediate change of mind on my order after placing it, and called the next day to see if I could alter it. This request was granted without hesitation. My online dealing with you is good However , I am not impressed with your courier CanPar. I would suggest you find someone new . Their tracking system told me I was suppose to get the parcel by end of the day yesterday and I have received nothing . I went online to find out where it is and all they say is that maybe today or tomorrow and yet their system says it is being held in Nanaimo?rnI looked them up online and they seem to have consistent BAD reviews rnI am now wondering where the parcel really is ?
