| I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th.  It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame.  Should that have been included with the frame?  And if so, could it be sent to me now?

I did have a concern as there is a \"popped\" nail head  at the top but as it\'s in a dark tree and can only be seen at different angles I didn\'t think it was worth the postage and hassle to return it.I would certainly consider using your company again but would hope that the finished product could be checked over before sending it out.
