I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT\\\'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL!
Carrie, Farwell | Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed.
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.
